Text
All administrators shall comply with Sections 55 and 85 of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act. Except as provided by Section 85 of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act, no law or rule shall be construed to exempt any utilization review program from the requirements of Section 85 of the Managed Care Reform and Patient Rights Act with respect to any insured or beneficiary described in this Article.
