(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027) Sec. 309.1. Foreign or alien society - admission. No foreign or alien society shall transact business in this State without a certificate of authority issued by the Director in accordance with Article VI of this Code. Any such society desiring admission to this State shall comply substantially with the requirements and limitations of this amendatory Act applicable to domestic societies.
