The Department shall develop an appropriate consumer fact sheet to be provided to consumers, either via the Department's website or by hard copy if requested, regarding identity theft insurance. The fact sheet shall include at a minimum, information on what is generally covered under identity theft insurance and on how to protect himself or herself from identity theft.
