Text

(1)Any order or decision made, issued or executed by the Director under this Article whereby any person or company is aggrieved is subject to review by the Circuit Court of Sangamon County or the Circuit Court of Cook County. The Administrative Review Law, as now or hereafter amended, and the rules adopted pursuant thereto, applies to and governs all proceedings for review of final administrative decisions of the Director provided for in this Section. The term "administrative decision" is defined as in Section 3-101 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
(2)The filing of an appeal pursuant to this Section shall stay the application of any rule, regulation, order, or other action of the Director to the appealing party unless the court, after giving the party notice and an opportunity to be heard
