Text
No resident shall be subjected to unlawful discrimination as defined in Section 1-103 of the Illinois Human Rights Act by any owner, licensee, administrator, employee, or agent of an assisted living establishment. Unlawful discrimination does not include an action by any owner, licensee, administrator, employee, or agent of an assisted living establishment that is required by this Act or rules adopted under this Act.
