Text
(a)Each licensee shall file an attested financial statement with the Department by July 1, 1980 and at times thereafter as required. An audited financial statement may be required of a particular facility, if the Director determines that additional information is needed.
(b)No public funds shall be expended for the care or treatment of any patient in an ambulatory surgical treatment center which has failed to file the financial statement required by this Section, and no public funds shall be paid to or on behalf of a facility which has failed to file a statement.
(c)The Director shall promulgate regulations for the filing of financial statements, and shall provide in these regulations for forms, information required, intervals and dates of filing, and such other provisions as he may dee
