§ 75 — Violations; criminal penalties
Illinois·Topic REGULATION·Ch. 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION·Act 210 ILCS 3/ Alternative Health Care Delivery Act.
Any person opening, conducting, or maintaining an alternative health care model without a license issued under this Act shall be guilty of a business offense punishable upon conviction by a fine of $10,000. Each day the violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
