Text

The Director or hearing officer shall make findings of fact and conclusions of law in the matters that are the subject of the hearing, and the Director shall render a decision, or the hearing officer a proposal for decision, within 45 days after the termination of the hearing unless additional time is required by the Director or hearing officer for a proper disposition of the matter. A copy of the final decision of the Director shall be served on the applicant or licensee in person or by certified mail.
