§ 115 — Reports and access to information
Illinois·Topic REGULATION·Ch. 210 HEALTH FACILITIES AND REGULATION·Act 210 ILCS 9/ Assisted Living and Shared Housing Act.
The Department may require periodic reports and shall have access to and may reproduce or photocopy at its cost any books, records or other documents maintained by the establishment to the extent necessary to carry out this Act and shall not divulge or disclose the contents of a resident's record obtained under this Section in violation of this Act.
