Text

(a)The Governor shall establish an Assisted Living and Shared Housing Advisory Board. The Advisory Board shall consist of the following members:
(1)the Director, who shall serve as chair and as an ex officio, nonvoting member;
(2)the Director of Aging, who shall serve as vice-chair and as an ex officio, nonvoting member;
(3)the following nonvoting members, appointed by the Director:
(A)one representative of the Department; and (B) one representative of the Department on Aging, appointed in consultation with the Director of Aging;
(4)the following voting members, appointed by the Director:
(A)6 members selected from candidates recommended by an organization of providers whose membership consists of assisted living establishments;
