§ 1-130 — Type "B" violation

A "Type 'B' violation" means a violation of this Act or of the rules promulgated thereunder which (i) creates a condition or occurrence relating to the operation and maintenance of a facility that is more likely than not to cause more than minimal physical or mental harm to a resident or (ii) is specifically designated as a Type "B" violation in this Act.
