Report to Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry. Subject to State privacy laws, the Director is required to report regularly violations of this Act, as well as enforcement actions and other relevant information, to the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System and Registry subject to the provisions contained in Section 4-8.1A of this Act.
