Text
Upon the order of the circuit court of the county wherein the community currency exchange being liquidated is located, the receiver may sell or compound any bad or doubtful debt, and on like order may sell the personal property of the community currency exchange on such terms as the court approves. The receiver shall succeed to whatever rights or remedies the unsecured creditors of the currency exchange may have against the owner or owners, operators, stockholders, directors, members, managers, or officers thereof, arising out of their claims against the currency exchange, but nothing herein contained shall prevent such creditors from filing their claims in the liquidation proceeding. The receiver may enforce such rights or remedies in any court of competent jurisdiction.
