Text
"Fiduciary" means a trustee, executor, administrator, guardian, agent, receiver, trustee in bankruptcy, assignee for creditors, or any holder of a similar position of trust. It also describes the relationship of a director to a savings bank as stipulated in Section 4010 of this Act.
