Text
A corporate fiduciary holding a certificate of authority issued pursuant to this Act must notify and receive written approval from the Commissioner before changing its name or changing the location of its corporate headquarters. A corporate fiduciary which is a State bank chartered by the Commissioner and which accomplishes a change of name in compliance with Section 13 of the Illinois Banking Act or a change of location in compliance with Section 13 of the Illinois Banking Act, as now or hereafter amended, shall be deemed to have complied with this Section 1-8.
