The Authority may borrow money and issue its negotiable notes and bonds and secure the payment thereof by, among other things, the pledge, or assignment, or grant of a lien on or security interest of mortgages and notes of others, revenues derived from its operations and loan repayments and other funds, if any, received by the Authority, including, in connection with the issuance of Affordable Housing Program Trust Fund Bonds or Notes, the pledge of Trust Fund Moneys as provided in Section 9 of the Illinois Affordable Housing Act. For purposes of this Section and all other Sections of this Act, all references to and use of the terms "bonds" or "notes" issued or to be issued under this Act shall include reference to and include within the meaning of the term, Illinois Affordable Housing Pro
