(was 20 ILCS 605/46.19) Sec. 605-495. Other acts to foster and promote industrial development and economic welfare. To do other acts that, in the judgment of the Department, are necessary and proper in fostering and promoting the industrial development and economic welfare of the State. The Department, however, shall have no power to require reports from or to regulate any business.
