(was 20 ILCS 605/46.12) Sec. 605-350. Science and research facilities. To encourage the locating in Illinois of scientific and research development laboratories, industrial parks, and facilities and to cooperate with colleges, universities, non-profit professional societies, and governmental agencies to encourage the development and maximum utilization of science and research facilities.
