(was 20 ILCS 605/46.19i) Sec. 605-325. Services network funding program. The Department is authorized to promulgate rules and make grants, subject to appropriation by the General Assembly for this purpose, to colleges, universities, trade associations, non-profit organizations, or consortia of for-profit businesses for research, development, promotion, implementation, or improvement related to or in support of manufacturer or producer services networks or group delivered services and activities. Grants to eligible applicants shall not exceed $100,000. The award shall not exceed 75% of the entire amount of the actual expenditures for the cooperative networks or group delivered services or activity unless that limit is waived by the Director.
