(was 20 ILCS 605/46.3) Sec. 605-310. Collecting and assembling information. To collect and assemble, or cause to have collected and assembled, information regarding the following: industrial opportunities and possibilities of the State, including raw materials, and products that may be produced therefrom; power and water resources; transportation facilities; available markets; availability of labor; banking and financial facilities; availability of industrial sites; the advantages of the State as a whole and particular sections of the State as industrial, recreational, and tourist locations; and other matters the Department may deem desirable.
