On July 1, 2019, the Department of Children and Family Services shall increase rates in effect on June 30, 2019 for providers by 5%. The contractual and grant services eligible for increased reimbursement rates under this Section include the following:
(1)Residential services, including child care institutions, group home care, independent living services, or transitional living services.
(2)Specialized, adolescent, treatment, or other non-traditional or Home-of-Relative foster care.
(3)Traditional or Home-of-Relative foster care.
(4)Intact family services.
(5)Teen parenting services.
