Text
Subject to appropriations, the Department on Aging may provide grants to public and private nonprofit entities for projects that demonstrate ways to integrate mental health services for older adults into primary health care settings, such as federally qualified health centers as defined in Section 1905 (1) (2) (B) of the Social Security Act, primary care clinics, and private practice sites. The Department may adopt any rules necessary to implement this Section.
