§ 38
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH·Act 20 ILCS 505/ Children and Family Services Act.
Should any court of competent jurisdiction hold any section, subdivision, clause, phrase, or provision of this Act to be unconstitutional or invalid for any reason whatsoever, such holding shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this Act.
