Text
The Director of Agriculture of the State of Illinois subject to the applicable provisions of this Act and of the Rural Rehabilitation Corporation Trust Liquidation Act (40 U.S.C. 440) may:
(1)Use the assets transferred to the State of Illinois, and the income and proceeds therefrom, for such rural rehabilitation purposes permissible under such Acts and as are from time to time agreed upon by the Director, and the Secretary of Agriculture of the United States or his delegate; and (2) Exercise all powers and authorities necessary to the proper administration of such transferred assets, and the income and proceeds therefrom, including but not limited to those set forth in paragraphs (a), (b), and (c) of Section 3 of this Act.
