(was 20 ILCS 2705/49.25i) Sec. 2705-445. Validation of prior agreements and contracts. Any agreement or contract for the purposes of Section 2705-440 that was entered into prior to June 16, 1976 (the effective date of Public Act 79-1213) is hereby validated and continued in full force and effect.
