(was 20 ILCS 2705/49.17) Sec. 2705-240. Grants for capital assistance. The Department has the power to administer the allocation of State monies appropriated as grants for capital assistance purposes in the manner prescribed by law. No transportation program administered by any other Executive agency under the direction of the Governor or project undertaken thereunder shall be eligible for capital assistance from the State until that program and project have been approved by the Department.
