§ 2705-233 — Innovations for Transportation Infrastructure Act

The Department may exercise all powers granted to it under the Innovations for Transportation Infrastructure Act, including, but not limited to, the power to enter into all contracts or agreements necessary or incidental to the performance of its powers under that Act, and powers related to any transportation facility implemented under that Act.
