(was 20 ILCS 2605/55a in part) Sec. 2605-550. Transfer of realty to State agency; acquisition of federal land. To transfer jurisdiction of any realty title to which is held by the State of Illinois under the control of the Illinois State Police to any other department of the State government or to the State Employees Housing Commission or to acquire or accept federal land when the transfer, acquisition, or acceptance is advantageous to the State and is approved in writing by the Governor.
