(was 20 ILCS 2605/55a in part) Sec. 2605-365. Access to juvenile records by minors and others. To develop administrative rules and administrative hearing procedures that allow a minor, his or her attorney, and his or her parents or guardian access to individually identifiable juvenile records for the purpose of determining or challenging the accuracy of the records. Final administrative decisions shall be subject to the provisions of the Administrative Review Law.
