(was 20 ILCS 2605/55a in part) Sec. 2605-250. Obtaining evidence. To expend the sums the Director deems necessary from contractual services appropriations for the Illinois State Police for the purchase of evidence and for the employment of persons to obtain evidence. The sums shall be advanced to agents authorized by the Director to expend funds, on vouchers signed by the Director.
