(was 20 ILCS 2605/55a-1) Sec. 2605-25. Illinois State Police divisions.
(a)The Illinois State Police is divided into the Division of Statewide 9-1-1, the Division of Patrol, the Division of Criminal Investigation, the Division of Forensic Services, the Division of Justice Services, the Division of the Academy and Training, and the Division of Internal Investigation.
(b)The Office of the Director shall:
(1)Exercise the rights, powers, and duties vested in the Illinois State Police by the Governor's Office of Management and Budget Act.
(2)Exercise the rights, powers, and duties vested in the Illinois State Police by the Personnel Code.
(3)Exercise the rights, powers, and duties vested in the Illinois State Police by "An Act relating to internal auditing in State government", approved Au
