(was 20 ILCS 2505/39b10) Sec. 2505-60. Statistical records of taxes collected. The Department has the power to maintain and preserve adequate statistical records of taxes collected under each of the laws set forth in the Sections following Section 2505-10 and preceding this Section and to make those records available to the public.
