§ 2007 — Powers and duties of the director
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH·Act 20 ILCS 4010/ Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities Law.
The director shall carry out the policies and programs of the council. As such, the director shall organize and administer the staff of the council to meet the requirements of Section 2006 of this Article.
