§ 2005 — Chairperson; director
Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 20 EXECUTIVE BRANCH·Act 20 ILCS 4010/ Illinois Council on Developmental Disabilities Law.
The chairperson of the council shall be appointed by the Governor to serve at the pleasure of the Governor. The director of the council shall be hired, supervised, evaluated, and terminated by the council.
