Each application for a new lottery license must be accompanied by a one-time application fee of $50; the Department, however, may waive the fee for licenses of limited duration as provided by Department rule. Each application for renewal of a lottery license must be accompanied by a renewal fee of $25. Each lottery licensee granted on-line status pursuant to the Department's rules must pay a fee of $10 per week as partial reimbursement for telecommunications charges incurred by the Department in providing access to the lottery's on-line gaming system. The Department, by rule, may increase or decrease the amount of these fees.
