§ 25 — Personnel transferred

Illinois·Topic GOVERNMENT·Ch. 15 EXECUTIVE OFFICERS·Act 15 ILCS 16/ Executive Order 1 (2012) Implementation Act.

(a)Personnel and positions within the Department of Healthcare and Family Services that are engaged in the performance of State healthcare purchasing functions transferred back to the Department of Central Management Services are transferred to and shall continue their service within the Department of Central Management Services. The status and rights of those employees under the Personnel Code are not affected by this Act.

(b)Personnel and positions of the Department of Corrections, the Department of Juvenile Justice, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Veterans' Affairs (now the Department of Veterans Affairs) were not in fact transferred under Executive Order 3 (2005) and are not affected by this Act.
