(a)On or before May 1, 2021 and as needed thereafter, the Board of Higher Education shall compile a review that identifies, for each public university in this State, all courses the university will require or recommend a high school student take to be admitted to the university as an undergraduate student for the following school year. The review shall also include any required coursework or recommended coursework for a undergraduate admission into a specific academic major, college, or department of the university for the following school year. In order to allow public school districts sufficient time to fulfill their obligations under subsection (c) of Section 2-3.183 of the School Code, the review must also identify any new courses that each public university in this State will add to
