Illinois·Topic EDUCATION·Ch. 110 HIGHER EDUCATION·Act 110 ILCS 70/ State Universities Civil Service Act.
No applicants for appointment or promotion pursuant to the provisions of this Act shall ask for or receive a recommendation or assistance from any officer or employee in said service, or from any person, upon the consideration of any political service to be rendered to or for such person, or for the promotion of such person, to any office or appointment.
