§ 35-25 — Officers; meetings

Members of the Board shall elect annually by secret ballot from their own number a chairman who shall preside over meetings of the Board and a secretary. Meetings of the Board shall be held at least once each quarter. One of these meetings must be held on the Quad Cities campus of Western Illinois University and all other meetings must be held on the campus of Western Illinois University at Macomb, Illinois. At all regular meetings of the Board, a majority of its members shall constitute a quorum. The student member shall have all of the privileges of membership, including the right to make and second motions, to attend executive sessions, and to vote on all Board matters except those involving faculty tenure, faculty promotion or any issue on which the student member has a direct conflict
