Text

"Eligible health care provider" means a primary care physician, general surgeon, emergency medicine physician, obstetrician, chiropractic physician, anesthesiologist, advanced practice registered nurse, or physician assistant who accepts Medicaid, Medicare, the State's Children's Health Insurance Program, private insurance, and self-pay.
