Text
Each Board of Trustees of a Community College District may, at its discretion, appoint an Employment Advisory Board. Such Employment Advisory Board shall consist of not more than 15 members appointed to terms of 4 years, and their membership shall include, but not be limited to, representatives of the following groups:
(a)small businesses;
(b)large businesses which employ residents of the Community College District;
(c)governmental units which employ residents of the Community College District;
(d)non-profit private organizations;
(e)organizations which serve as advocates for persons with disabilities; and (f) employee organizations.
