§ 10-5 — Object

The object of Eastern Illinois University is to offer such courses of instruction, conduct such research and offer such public services as are prescribed by the Board of Trustees of Eastern Illinois University or its successor, subject to the provisions of Section 7 of the Board of Higher Education Act.
