§ 34A-509 — Discharge of Bonds

(a)If the Authority shall pay or cause to be paid to the holders of all Bonds and coupons, if any, then outstanding, the principal of, redemption price, if any, and interest to become due thereon, at the times and in the manner stipulated therein and in the resolution authorizing the issuance of Bonds, then the covenants, agreements and other obligations of the Authority to the Bondholders shall be discharged and satisfied.
(b)Bonds or coupons or interest installments for the payment or redemption of which moneys shall have been set aside and shall be held in trust by the trustee provided for in Section 34A-507 hereof or any paying agent for the Bonds (through deposit by the Authority of funds for such payment or redemption or otherwise) at the maturity or redemption date thereof shall b
