§ 34A-406 — Expenditures

The Board shall meet its debt service obligations as they become due. No other expenditure shall be made by the Board unless it is consistent with the Financial Plan and Budget or a provisional budget provided for in Section 34A-404(c)(2), in each case as in effect.
