Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Article or this Act, no building or other structure owned by the Board of Education, or by the City as trustee for the use and benefit of the schools, which the Chicago Park District has occupied, and which at any time prior to such occupancy by the Chicago Park District was used as a public school house or other public school building of any attendance center within the school district, shall at any time be again used by the Board as a public school house or other public school building.
