Text
Acquisition of real estate-Condemnation proceedings-Title-Conveyances. The board may acquire by purchase, condemnation or otherwise, real estate for any school purposes. Condemnation proceedings shall be conducted in the name of the city, in trust for the use of schools. The title to all real estate held for the use and benefit of the schools shall be held in the name of the city, in trust for the use of schools. All conveyances of real estate shall be made to the city in trust for the use of schools.
