The title, care and custody of all schoolhouses and school sites belonging to districts that are described in Section 32-2.11 and that are not districts whose school boards under subsection (a) of Section 10-22.35B of this Code are to hold legal title to school buildings and school sites of the district shall be vested in the trustees of schools of the townships in which the districts are situated, but the supervision and control of such schoolhouses and sites shall be vested in the board of inspectors of the districts. In all other cases, the legal title, care, custody and control of school houses and school sites belonging to districts that are described in Section 32-2.11, together with the supervision and control of those school houses and sites, shall be vested in the board of inspect
