Text
Upon his removal or resignation, or at the expiration of his term of office, or in case of his death his representatives to deliver to his successor in office, on demand, all moneys, books, papers and personal property belonging to his office or subject to his control or disposition. On and after July 1, 1994, the provisions of this Section shall have no application in any educational service region having a population of 2,000,000 or more inhabitants.
