Text

To create, form, or appoint task forces, study committees, blue ribbon panels, commissions, or any other type of organization, by whatever name designated, to study or examine educational policy issues, problems, or concerns. Any task force, study committee, blue ribbon panel, commission, or organization created or appointed by the State Board of Education or the State Superintendent of Education after this amendatory Act takes effect shall include parents or guardians of students involved in or directly affected by the issues, problems, or concerns under study. The parents or guardians appointed to comply with this Section shall not be employed by or administratively connected with any school system or institution of higher learning in Illinois, employed by any educational collective barg
