Text
The State Board of Education may, pursuant to the federal Every Student Succeeds Act and appropriations for such purposes, establish educator preparation pilot programs. Such programs shall be conducted in accordance with rules adopted by the State Board of Education. Such rules shall provide for, but not be limited to, advisory councils and annual reports on the progress of the pilot programs.
